| Lauren Cox won the Keller Williams Realty - Arlington Spirit Award |
Lauren Cox, lead buyer’s agent for The Grogan Group, won the
Keller Williams Realty – Arlington Spirit Award on Thursday, Oct. 17.
Out of an office of approximately 375 personnel, Cox was selected for the contagious
energy she brought to the workplace. The Keller Williams Arlington Spirit Award
is presented to the office worker who displays outgoing and positive
characteristics that spread joy around the agency.
“It’s easy to have so much spirit when you work for such a
great business,” said Cox. “The Grogan Group and Keller Williams – Arlington
promote a work environment that’s fun and productive. I was honored to win the
award.”
Kimberly Grogan, owner of The Grogan Group, was equally
pleased with her employee.

Cox has already outshined many seasoned agents in her short
time with The Grogan Group. Kimberly Grogan describes Cox as a “go-getter” with
a great amount of retail sales history. Cox has a degree in graphic design from
Texas State University – San Marcos.
