Keller Williams International Rookie of the Year Remembers Past, Looks to Future Real Estate Success

Last year, Kimberly Grogan, owner of The Grogan Group, received the coveted 2012 Keller Williams Realty International Rookie of the Year award. Since then, her real estate career has taken off like a rocket.

“Winning the International Rookie of the Year award was my goal for 2012,” said Grogan. “After a year of relentless hard work and determination, I was able to accomplish that goal—and then some.”

In 2012, Grogan beat out 90,000 other Keller Williams agents for the International Rookie of the Year award. That year, she sat on the Rookie Panel for Keller Williams’ Family Reunion and won the Rookie of the Year award for the Texas/New Mexico Region as well as the rookie award for the Keller Williams Realty – Arlington Market Center.

After winning these prestigious awards, Grogan created The Grogan Group, a Keller Williams real estate team that mixes youthful energy with experienced knowhow. The team consists of six dedicated members, including four agents, one executive assistant and one marketing strategist. Together, they buy and sell homes in Arlington, Dallas, Fort Worth and surrounding areas. They'll also win the occasional award from time to time.
