The Grogan Group Wins Keller Williams Realty – Arlington Million Dollar Club Award for September

The Grogan Group won the Keller Williams Realty – Arlington Million Dollar Club award on Thursday, Oct. 17.

The Million Dollar Club award is given to real estate teams or agents that bring in more than a million dollars worth of real estate business. The Grogan Group won the award for its production during the month of September 2013.

“We love winning the Million Dollar Club award!” said Kimberly Grogan, Grogan Group team owner and lead agent. “It’s a great symbol of our success. Every single member of our team puts forth so much hard work to make this happen.”

Lead Buyer’s Agent Lauren Cox was pleased with the group’s production as well.

The Grogan Group is a Keller Williams real estate team that mixes youthful energy with experienced knowhow. Grogan Group Realtor Wins Keller Williams - Arlington Spirit Award


Lauren Cox won the Keller Williams Realty - Arlington Spirit Award

Lauren Cox, lead buyer’s agent for The Grogan Group, won the Keller Williams Realty – Arlington Spirit Award on Thursday, Oct. 17.

Out of an office of approximately 375 personnel, Cox was selected for the contagious energy she brought to the workplace. The Keller Williams Arlington Spirit Award is presented to the office worker who displays outgoing and positive characteristics that spread joy around the agency.

“It’s easy to have so much spirit when you work for such a great business,” said Cox. “The Grogan Group and Keller Williams – Arlington promote a work environment that’s fun and productive. I was honored to win the award.”

Kimberly Grogan, owner of The Grogan Group, was equally pleased with her employee.

“Lauren was a prize recruit for The Grogan Group,” said Grogan. “She is smart and a natural fit for the real estate world. She brings a strong work ethic and enthusiastic spirit to our team.”

Cox has already outshined many seasoned agents in her short time with The Grogan Group. Kimberly Grogan describes Cox as a “go-getter” with a great amount of retail sales history. Cox has a degree in graphic design from Texas State University – San Marcos.
